Official Lincoln County criminal records must be requested from the government office that created or maintains them. The contacts below route court files to Oregon Judicial Department staff in Newport, sheriff and booking material to Lincoln County, and statewide criminal-history products to Oregon State Police CJIS.

This Is Not a Government Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot pull criminal records, run official background checks, remove or correct a record, or accept expungement filings for anyone. For any of those, you need to reach the right government office directly.
